This is my first time ever using a blog. I am interested in sharing with you the work that I have been doing on the AEIN grant. As a Graduate Researcher, my job includes analyzing and organizing data that was collected from our AEIN Network Academy. The focus of the Academy is to develop an operational definition of student success. My job involves compiling the Academy participant’s data in order to find commonalities so that an operational definition for student success can be developed.
